In Tamilnadu we get two types of ghee A1 and A2 ghee

The difference between these two ghee is A1 ghee is made from milk of cows , sheeps and buffalo which are genetically modified.

But this particular A2 ghee is made out of Desi Gir cattle Which is not genetically modified and this ghee is always superior because only 8-12 litres of milk is yield from this Gir cattle this is the reason for the high price range of this A2 ghee.A2 ghee is also hand churned through bilona process compared to other ghee this A2 is mineral powerhouse and best in quality .A2 milk contains beta-carotene a yellow pigment which is responsible for A2 ghee’s yellow colour and has grainy texture which is rich in aroma.
